The Fannec (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates fannec.com and Fannec mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Service").

Our Cancellation policy governs your visit to fannec.com and Fannec mobile application and explains how you get a refund, request to refund

Definitions

SERVICE
It means the fannec.com website and Fannec mobile application operated by The Fannec (Thailand) Co., Ltd..

ACTIVITY
The situation in which a lot of things are happening (the process of getting) knowledge or skill from doing, seeing, or feeling things which are provided by Fannec's hosts

BUDDY
The person who is booking the activity on Fannec platform, using Fannec service

HOST
The person who provides the activity on Fannec platform and bring the buddies to do the activity

REFUND
An amount of money that is given back to you, when you want to cancel an activity with Fannec service that you have bought

Cancellation policy

1. For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the activity is scheduled to start.

2. To cancel within 7 days and before 3 hours the activity is scheduled to start. Buddies can be able to get a 50% refund and hosts will get a 50% pricing of the activity

3. The buddies cannot be able to cancel within 3 hours the activity is scheduled to start. Hosts will get a full price of the activity

Changes to This Cancellation Policy

We may update our Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Cancellation Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update “effective date” at the top of this Cancellation Policy.

You are advised to review this Cancellation Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Cancellation Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
