About your host
Martial arts have always been my passion. I have been training in Judo, Kung Fu and Self-Defense since 2010. I believe we all need to know the skills of self-defense, regardless of your age and gender. You never know when you will need to use these skills, to protect yourself or someone you love.
What will we do
Itinerary:

9:00 am - Meet up at MRT Silom Station Exit 1 (in front of Lumphini park)

9:30 am - Begin training in Lumphini park. I will be coaching the basics of self-defense system that can be used in real situations. Basics include how to fight in chaotic situations, how to escape from grabbing and how to counter-attack.

11:00 am - Finish up the training and get ready to go Chinatown by MRT

11:30 am - Arrive in Chinatown and we will explore Chinese street food

1:00 pm - Visit Guan Yim Temple and Wat Traimit (Temple of Golden Buddha) to see the difference between Thai and Chinese temples.

2:00 pm - Conclude our experience with cherished memories at MRT Hua Lumphong Station
